2. What is this store's return policy?
---- As of right now all sales are final UNLESS the wrong size was bought. In this case, an exchange will take place. We also do not offer any returns or exchanges on Lingerie. Please see #9 for more info. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, your replacement will be sent out!
3. Do you accept International orders?
---- YES, we sure do! If you do not see your country listed for shipping, simply email us and we will give you a shipping rate! :) Please be aware that we do not pay for customs fees, if any.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
---- DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS SOME ITEMS MAY TAKE 30 business days FOR PRODUCTION TIME. The exception would be ordering a “Ready to Ship” item. These are shipped within 5-10 business dates. Please note, Ready to Ship items that are ordered together with Standard Ship items will be subject to the 30 business wait time. It is best to place 2 orders for the Ready to Ship and Standard Ship items separately. If you're unsure if your item would be qualified for one of these wait times, please email us first before ordering.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on customs. Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. 5. What are Pre-Order Items?
---- Pre-Order items are pieces which you may purchase before becoming available to the general public. These pieces are very popular and sell out quickly. By pre-ordering, you are guaranteeing yourself the item. All pre-order pieces will be available in 10 to 25 business days (depending on where the item is shipping from)
6. Are any items final sale?
---- Lingerie Sets are final sale due to sanitary reasons. That being said we will not be able to do any exchanges for these sets. Measurements are on every Lingerie listing to ensure you pick the right size.
All other orders are considered final sales at the time of purchase. Canceled orders will only be refunded in the form of store credit. If there is a case where a refund is warranted, it will be minus 20% of the total order cancellation fee.
If an item is returned to us from the postal service and the incorrect address was provided at checkout, customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. If customer prefers not to have it reshipped, a refund minus the 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
