As of right now all sales are final UNLESS the wrong size was bought. In this case, an exchange will take
place. We also do not offer any returns or exchanges on Lingerie. Please see #9 for more info. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the returned item, your replacement will be sent out!
Do you accept International orders?
YES, we sure do! If you do not see your country listed for shipping, simply email us and we will give you a shipping rate! :) Please be aware that we do not pay for customs fees, if any.
How long will it take to receive my order?
DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS SOME ITEMS MAY TAKE 2-4 WEEKS FOR PRODUCTION TIME. If
you're unsure if your item would be qualified of one of these wait times, please email us first before
ordering. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive
depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks depending on customs. Note: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
Once the package has left our store and received by USPS and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the USPS customer support helpline.
