RARE 1970’s Collegeville witch mask

1970’s RARE witch mask (unsure if costume is in the box) 

there is a small tear as shown in photos on the front of the box/ the box is not in the best condition and does have someone’s name on it. 

very rare piece

12-R Medium (8-10) 

has a spot on the front where it’s a little damaged but it’s not super visible 

some pages have a little folds but also not bad
